Classes
Embrace runs a variety of arts based classes for children, teens, and adults of all abilities. Some of these classes are run independently by Embrace and some are run in collaboration with other fantastic local organizations based in the CRD.

Musical Theatre with Tiffany & Devon
This class is designed for individuals of all abilities. The main focus of this class is on the dancing component of musical theatre, however there will also be singing and acting activities involved.
Program Details
- Thursday mornings from 10:00 - 10:45am
- September 26th, October 3rd, 10th, and 17th
- This program is open for individuals of all abilities ages 14 and up.
- At Dance Victoria (2750 Quadra St)
- $20.00 for the sessional
Tap with Tiffany & Devon
This class is designed for individuals of all abilities. There will be a seated and standing variation of all dance moves demonstrated, as well as adaptive instruments and tap shoe options available. We have a selection of tap shoes available to use during class for individuals who do not have their own

- This program is open for individuals of all abilities ages 14 and up.

Dance Together with Tiffany & Erin
We've heard your requests and it's finally here: A friends and family class! This intergenerational class is designed for individuals of all abilities to get moving together. It's a space for friends and family to playfully connect through dance and music based activities.
Program Details
- Wednesday afternoons from 3:45pm to 4:30pm
- October 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd
- This intergenerational program is open for individuals of all abilities ages 5 and up.
- Dancers under the age of 14 are asked to attend with a family member or support.

Online Sessional Classes
Music Jam with Erin
Music Jam with Erin is an intergenerational online program. It's a great space to connect through music.
Program Details
- Tuesday afternoons from 3:30pm to 4:30pm PST
- September 17 to November 19
- Online via Zoom
- This class is open for individuals of all ages and abilities
- $40.00 for the sessional
Seated Dance Flow with Tiffany
This class uses a combination of dance fitness movements inspired by contemporary and ballet as well as elements from other dance styles and movement practices. This class is taught from a seated position.
This class is the smooth and flowing companion program to the high energy Seated Dance Fitness classes you may have previously taken with Tiffany.

- Thursdays from 12:00pm to 12:45pm
- September 19, 26th, October 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th
- Online via Zoom
- This program is open for individuals of all abilities ages 18 and up.
- $20.00 for the sessional
Please Note: If cost is a barrier to participation in Embrace classes, please get in touch with us at info@embracearts.org - No one will be denied registration for sessional classes due to lack of funds.

Vertical Performing Arts
We partner with Vertical Performing Arts offer studio classes that run with the school year (September to June). This paid program is run through Vertical Performing Arts and the team.
The dance studio is located at 6021 West Saanich Rd.
This year the following classes will be offered on Saturday mornings for the 2024/2025 dance year:
